Hall and Venue Hire 

Rooms available for booking:

The Hall

The hall is available for hire on weekday evenings and weekend afternoons and evenings. It has plenty of tables and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with a hatch into the hall.
Hiring the hall costs £150 for 3 hours, plus £50 for each additional hour. A £100 refundable deposit is also required.
Please go to this webpage to see availability and request a booking for the hall.
Booking involves these steps:

• Click on the "Calendar" button and find your desired date.
• Then, click the "New Booking" button for that date to open the booking form.
• Please complete the form with your name, phone number, email, address, event time, and other details.  Please also supply a brief description of your event in the box labelled "Event Description"
• Click the "Review the Booking" button to go to the next stage.
• You will be shown a page showing your booking - please review it to ensure all details are correct.  Use the "make changes" button to amend anything.
• You will need to enter a password (to allow you to edit/delete the booking later) and tick the box accepting the Terms & Conditions of hire.
• Click the "Confirm and Send to Hall Booking Manager" button to send your request.
• Later, once the booking is approved, you will be sent an invoice link by which you can pay - either online by card or by bank transfer.  This might take several days.

The Vestry

The vestry is a smaller church room and ideal for small teaching sessions or community meetings.

The hire rates for our rooms are highly competitive and can be discussed after enquiry.
We are particularly keen to welcome and encourage regular hirers of 4 weeks or more - in these instances the hire fees are significantly reduced and these will be discussed with you.
